Our Guarantee
At Bikitri, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Return request made within 30 days of delivery date
- Item must be unused and in its original packaging
- All original accessories, manuals, and components must be included
- Item must not be damaged due to misuse or negligence
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used or opened (unless defective)
- Items without original packaging
- Gift cards
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email support@bikitri.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Authorization: We will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the provided address. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card company.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective/incorrect items: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
- Change of mind: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at support@bikitri.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged/defective item
- A brief description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund after the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary
- If you've done both and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@bikitri.com
