Our Guarantee

At Bikitri, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Return request made within 30 days of delivery date
  • Item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • All original accessories, manuals, and components must be included
  • Item must not be damaged due to misuse or negligence

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used or opened (unless defective)
  • Items without original packaging
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email support@bikitri.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Authorization: We will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the provided address. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card company.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective/incorrect items: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
  • Change of mind: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at support@bikitri.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged/defective item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund after the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary
  3. If you've done both and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@bikitri.com
